glancy+ adds private contact nicknames and recurring schedules, and expands the access log, groups and favourites. Core location sharing, precision control and the global pause are also available for free.

Location sharing, precision control, time-limited shares, access notifications and the global pause are available without a subscription. Notifications can be adjusted per share; repeat views within the notification cooldown are grouped together.

The four-point glint indicates active Plus access. It is not an identity check and does not establish someone’s trustworthiness.

## Use the Plus features

Start with the [private nickname guide](/en/help/set-a-private-nickname) or the [schedule guide](/en/help/set-up-a-schedule). Favourites and groups also work for free; Plus expands the available slots.

Check your active access under glancy+ in Settings. Current prices for your country appear in the relevant store and through the [pricing page](/en/pricing). The app shows available purchase options, which can vary by offer and platform.

Neither personal Plus access nor eligible Family access automatically grants location access. glancy+ family manages Plus seats and is separate from ordinary location groups.

## FAQ

### Do both people need glancy+ to share a location?

No. Core location sharing is free. You need your own active Plus access to configure your Plus features.

### Does the glint mean a person is verified?

No. It indicates active glancy+ access, including eligible Family members. It is not verification.
